Alignment is the process of releasing the beliefs, the fears, the falsities that you have accepted as your truth, in order to come into resonance, into the awareness, with what is true for you, your unique soul, and your life vision.
Here, we get to uncover what exists in the subconscous mind. We get to find where those beliefs, past traumas, and unresolved emotions are stored in the body and soul. Together, we discover the origins of illness, depression, and so much more. Then, we get to begin the process of true alchemy, true healing, as we rewrite your story so you ge to experience the divine health, prosperity, and wellbeing you came here to experience.

The Mind
Our thoughts along with the subconscious beliefs we hold affect the function of our bodies, our health, wealth, relationships, and overall experience of our lives. Together we get to uncover and resolve the beliefs that are inhibiting your healing and growth in all aspects of your life.
The Body
All diseases and illnesses of any kind, all the pains and aches you experience are causing you to become aware of what trauma, what stress, shame, resentments, emotions, and relationships that are ready to be witnessed, released, and resolved. You get to transform your experience of your body, health, and wellbeing into one that is in alignment with your highest truth.
The Soul
If you are here, you are an old soul who has experienced many lives, in which you've played many roles, expanding your soul. There are wounds that go soul deep that can be created from these experiences. They can serve as our soul's way of acquiring certain virtues or can be the soul's preferred method of growth, and much more. We work together to heal these wounds, preparing you for the next phase of your journey.

How to prepare for
your session...
Once you schedule your alignment session you will receive an email of gratitude that has within it a healing meditation. Listen to this meditation prior to your session, as it releases any unconscious resistance to healing.
Before your alignment session, take some time to be with yourself and set your intention for the healing you desire to receive. If you are receiving a virtual session find a peaceful space, free from distraction. Make sure you are adequately hydrated, drinking a minimum of 32 ounces of water prior to your session, as this supports the healing process to be experienced with more grace and ease.
Here, we connect and establish a clear intension for your desired outcome. Then, all that is left to do is to give yourself full permission to receive.
Once your session is complete, I find it best to allow a minimum of 3 hours to integrate the healing you’ve just received. Within this, it is best to rehydrate, drinking a minimum of 16 ounces immediately following your alignment session. Move your body in all the ways you feel guided to, journal, color, cry, or sing. Do what feels good right for you. You may even feel the need to rest. Trust your body’s intelligence.
